The room felt more like a storage area than a comforting space, with a view of a neglected yard cluttered with refuse. The malfunctioning lock on the French doors was a hassle, and I ran into trouble with the key card constantly needing to be reset, which became a tedious pattern during my stay. Cleaning standards throughout left much to be desired with noticeable scuffs and some mould around the bath sealant. Breakfast was lackluster. bacon seemed burnt to oblivion and the poached egg barely qualified as such. There’s potential here, but several adjustments would elevate the experience dramatically.

pleasantly surprising stay but initial impressions could improve
Upon arrival, I was struck by the stunning exterior and beautiful surroundings, which truly exceeded my expectations. The double room I stayed in was well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day.
The photo of the hotel online does not reflect the true appeal of the property.

Great staff, comfy stay
Had a nice stay! The staff were super friendly and helped us out a lot. The room had a big comfy bed, which was awesome. Plus, the restaurant food was very tasty. Just wish the menu had some more options, as it felt a bit limited. For one night, it was a solid choice.
